Here's an update of my hectic amazing life...
As it says on my homepage, I'm now a published author and my Dvd is out too! SUGAR FREE ME is an inspirational book for diabetic teens and their loved ones. It was a three year process for my dream to be a reality and I couldn't be more excited. I'm working on bigger connections now with groups like JDRF and Minimed, check out my book at www.livetolovediabetes.com.
And my Dvd! It's called Yoga With A Christian Twist. The Dvd portrays yoga in a way you may have never seen, with a Christian twist on it. You can buy it on my "Christianity" link. I'm interested in selling this through churches and home Bible study groups.
I'm starting my TOGA(Teenage Yoga) classes at the Simi Valley YMCA again. There are 5 week summer sessions, free for Y members and $50 for non-members/session. MONDAY AND FRIDAY 3:30-4:30...June 16 to July 18 and July 21 to August 23.
I'll update this website often and love to continue to hear your feedback. If you would be interested in group or private lessons please let me know! I'm interested in starting some new classes...
